Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Frequencies for the Mind and Body ("FMB") website and mobile app. By using FMB you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What FMB is — and is not

FMB provides sound- and light-based entrainment sessions for relaxation, focus, and general wellbeing. FMB is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication that affects the brain or heart, talk to a doctor before using entrainment programs.

Photosensitivity warning

Some programs use flashing or flickering light. A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to flashing light, even with no prior history. If you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures or epilepsy, consult a doctor before using light-based programs. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, altered vision, twitching, disorientation, or convulsions.

Your account

Accounts are currently invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use FMB.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no scraping or overloading our systems, no reselling or redistributing our audio programs or content, and no unlawful use.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription, handled by our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal via RevenueCat). Prices and terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. EU consumers keep their statutory withdrawal and refund rights.

Our content

All audio programs, protocols, designs, and software are owned by FMB or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and consumers keep all mandatory rights of their home country.

Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these terms — continued use after a change means acceptance. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the French Republic, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions: ask@frequenciesforthemindandbody.com.
